Pizza Hut

I got a pizza from the Jacksonville AR location. I called it in and picked it up and it was ready quickly. The best thing I can say about them is I always ask for my thick pan pizza to be cooked well done and this place ACTUALLY DID IT. I can't even remember the last time I received a thick pan pizza from a DIFFERENT pizza hut location and it was cooked well done, I think they either do not add that instruction to my order or the person cooking it ignores the special instructions, but Jacksonville got it right! My pizza was fantastic.

This Pizza Hut is the BEST one in this area!! I drive to Jacksonville from Cabot, because they are quicker, better food and everyone is always friendly!! Definitely happy we tried it, I missed Pizza Hut and it’s worth driving to get it.

I'm highly disappointed because I tried to make an online order for personal pizzas and the website kept crashing. Then I called only to be told they are out of personal pizzas for the day at 4:45pm. Didnt realize that was a real thing but had to call another location to order and couldn't redeem my points.

Wasn't greeted friendly. I wanted to ask did I do something wrong.... The entrance front door was as nasty as a doggy door flap. The floor was very trashed just in the entrance. I say everytime I go, I won't be back. I'm just hoping it will get better. Many trys... So far not.

Unreliable. Time of expected delivery passed, but online it showed the status as in process. An hour after the order was due to deliver, I contacted the store. Initially, the worker tried to blame a "faulty" online order problem then informed she had cancelled the order due to no delivery drivers that could get on base. She then stated that she had tried to call me three times. I double checked my contact information online after the phone call and it was correct. My phone never rang, there were no messages, so either they couldn't correctly dial the number after three attempts or it was a lie. Either way I'll just go somewhere else from now on.
